This recently refurbished and refurnished luxurious 3rd floor apartment is located within a block that has a secure entrance doorway from the main street; an elevator is on hand to take you up to the 3rd floor. The apartment complex also has access to tennis courts, swimming pools and other facilities. Further information on the range of facilities can be obtained from reception or the complex management company.

The apartment is on one level and consists of a new fully equipped kitchen including refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher and electric hob & oven. New cutlery, modern dinner and breakfast sets with all cooking utensils are available if required for those evenings you decide to eat at home. Both spacious bedrooms have ample storage facilities, the master bedroom has a king sized bed with separate redesigned modern full en-suite that includes both bath and shower. The second bedroom has twin single beds with a new separate shower room, vanity unit and WC.

The comfortable and relaxing lounge with dining table has been beautifully redesigned and redecorated. A 50in SMART TV ,satellite receiver and DVD player are provided for your comfort and use when viewing old or new movies. New  double glazed windows and Patio doors lead from the lounge and both bedrooms to the balcony. Both the living room and bedrooms are furnished with modern oak wooden furniture imported from Ireland and the patio furniture consits of mosaic metal table with parasol and BBQ to offer outdoors family dining for those hot delightful nights.

A luxurious 2 bedroom Apartment in a Private Development with access to tennis courts and a main and toddler swimming pool. An excellent apartment for young families who want to play with their children in a safe and friendly environment or for the couple who wish to relax and enjoy quality time with each other.

Welcome to the beautiful fishing village of Carvoeiro. This luxurious 3rd floor apartment is located within a small apartment block that has a secure entrance doorway from the main street. An elevator is on hand to take you up to the 3rd floor.

The apartment, which has been recently refurbished to a very high specification with new bathroom ensuites, kitchen and indoor and patio furniture. It is sited on one level and consists of a new fully equipped kitchen including refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher and ceramic hob & oven. A new modern system of Air Conditioning is available in both bedrooms and the living room to provide a comfortable environment to suit all needs.

Both spacious bedrooms have ample storage facilities. The large lounge has been refurbished to maximise the comfort for all the family and includes a separate area with dining table and chairs.The master bedroom has a super king size bed with separate full en-suite facilities that includes both bath and shower. The second bedroom has twin single beds with a separate shower room, vanity unit and WC.

The apartment has an extended large patio area with modern mosaic designed moroccan furniture, parasol and BBQ to offer outdoor family dining if required.

All rooms have been recently redecorated and redesigned to ensure that families can relax fully in a luxurious and comfortable family setting.

Sports equipment – golf clubs and tennis racquets- are available on request from apartment manager.

An excellent apartment manager will ensure all needs are met in respect to information on the area and other family needs.

About Me:

I live with my family in Ireland and we have been travelling to Carvoeiro for the past number of years and have fallen in love with the area, so much so, that we decided to buy an apartment for family use.

This area caters for all our interests from photography, swimming in the clear blue sea, walking, visiting restaurants or simply just wiling the hours away reading.

We chose this part of Portugal because our daughters and grandchildren and wider family circle can relax with peace of mind in a traditional peaceful Portuguese fishing village.

We love it.

Why This Apt?

The Apartment:

We purchased the apartment in 2011 and we have completely repainted and refurbished bathrooms, bedrooms,kitchen and patio to very high specifications and replaced all furniture and fittings in November 2018.

Our apartment offers an opportunity to rest in a clean and very comfortable 2 bedroom accommodation with ensuites in both rooms. In addition there are two pools-adult and toddler- with 3 tennis courts on the complex. An elevator serves all floors making sure you don’t tax yourselves carrying heavy luggage to and from the apartment.

The balcony view and space allows for relaxing evenings if you decide to eat at home. This is a holiday home for those who wish to relax and watch the world go by.

This is an apartment for families and couples who enjoy luxury and a peaceful setting.

Uniqueness of Carvoeiro:

Why Carvoeiro:

1-This is the most beautiful and quietest area of the Algarve with scenic coastlines and beautiful beaches.

2-There are a great variety of restaurants and all are within 5 minutes walk from the apartment and offer tremendous food at very reasonable prices.

3-In addition if you like to play golf there are excellent golf courses to choose from within a very short distance. Photography or fishing or walking are all activities that can be catered for in Carvoeiro.

4-Carvoeiro is only 45/60 minutes from Faro airport and there are regular bus and taxi service direct to Carvoeiro.

5-This is an ideal area to holiday for those who wish to spend quality family time and leave the world behind.

I reluctantly write this review, in case I don’t get booked again! This apartment is fab, it has everything you need, right in the middle of town, the booking with Tom is easy and after service wonderful. As I write this, I just wish I was sitting on the fab balcony enjoying the last rays of sun.

Recommended for: Families with Young Children: Couple Getaway, Age 55+, Romantic Getaway.

If you are looking for the perfect location within Carvoeiro this apartment is the place. Apartment has all your needs. well-maintained by it’s present owners & Property manager Elish will look after your needs if you require her assistance she is always on hand to help out.. I would highly recommend this apartment . You will not be disappointed, myself, husband and kids love it here.. We have travelled all over the Algarve and this is were we love…. The perfect place.

Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Sightseeing, Tourists with or without a Car, Couples.

Both spacious bedrooms have ample storage facilities.The master bedroom has a super king size bed and has full en-suite facilities. The second bedroom has twin beds with a separate shower room located next door. Both rooms have been recently redesigned and refurbished.

Bathroom Details:

Both bathrooms have been completely refurbished to a 5 star standard. The main bedroom has an ensuite with bath/shower, WC and bidet while the second bedroom has a shower and WC facility.Both bathrooms have vanity units and a ready supply of fresh towels.

No Smoking –except on Patio balcony:-

The apartment is on one level and consists of a new fully equipped kitchen including new washing machine,dishwasher and ceramic hob & oven. In addition there is new cutlery and modern dinner and breakfast sets with all cooking utensils available.

New fridge/ freezer recently installed to meet all your food storage needs.

Kitchen and eating utensils:

We provide all new dishes and utensils for everyday use.

If you need to cook a meal or lunch all is provided.

As a family we ensure that the apartment has all that you need to start your holiday-food, herbs,tea and coffee. A holiday pack will be provided for all guests to give you an opportunity to settle in.

You have both a percolator and expresso pot available if you need a quick pick me up. We like to have coffee and tea available for guests on arrival.

Dining Area:

All dining utensils available for your use. A new imported Oak table with extension is available if required to facilitate 6 seated guests. Dining is available both indoors and outdoors.

Air conditioning:

A new Air Conditioning system is available in both bedrooms and living room to create the perfect environment for families or couples.

For winter heat we have a wood burning fire and also oil fired radiators for main rooms.

The comfortable lounge with dining table has been beautifully decorated. A 50in wall mounted SMART TV and satellite receiver/DVD player are provided for your comfort. There is a new wood burning fire in the lounge and air-conditioning when required.

[Internet access is available to purchase from Post office for whatever length of stay required at a minimal cost- Eg:- E10 for 5 days approximately]

Included with rental -USB of selected films also included if required for children.

Grundvig CD and Radio player with a range of selected CD’s are left in the apartment for all guests usage.

Library of enjoyable children books and modern thriller and modern books available for all the family.

Children swimming, games and other toys available in patio chest storage and in TV cabinet. Card games and other board games also available.

All bedroom, living room and dinning room furniture are solid Oak and were recently imported from Ireland.

Swimming Pools:

Private pool for guests only with our own personal sun loungers available [3].

We have two private pools for the toddlers and for the rest of the family. Both pools are cleaned on a daily basis and there are sun-loungers available for all family members. Showers are pool-side.

Patio Area:

There is a BBQ available if you decide to prepare a family meal on the patio.

We have a patio that is private but also has a fantastic view of the village. Really great to sit on a balmy hot night with a glass of wine and relax or to enjoy an occasional family evening meal.

Beautiful Patio plants will hopefully be watered by guests.

Tennis:

Tennis courts are bookable from reception. Also tennis rackets are available from our apartment manager if you decide to want a more active holiday.

Golf:

There are many local golf clubs in the area and you will have an opportunity to improve on your handicap in a climate that makes golf much more enjoyable. Golf clubs can be hired from the local clubs on arrival. Carvoeiro is close to the Vale de Milho,Gramaco and Pinto Golf courses. If requested from apartment manager golf clubs and tennis rackets are available for family use.

Access from Outside:

The swimming pool is accessible from a secure entrance at the back of the apartment block. The swimming pool area has an ample supply of sunbeds and is cleaned on a daily basis . We have three sun beds, at the pool ,allocated for guests when required.

This is a newly redesigned and refurbished apartment and is ideal for families with young children and couples seeking a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday close to the town centre and 5 mins from the beach.

Secure double glazed Patio doors lead from the lounge and both bedrooms to the balcony, furnished with modern Morocan designed mosaic patio table and chairs with two reclining chairs available if required. From the balcony there are views of the town centre and the beautiful surrounding area. Once visited you will be taken by the beauty of the town and area.

Utility Room:

Vacuum cleaner , iron ,ironing board, hairdryer are available for use inside the apartment while there are brooms and pans available for the patio area.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service:

Prices are per week for a maximum of 4 adults, inclusive of final day maid service, linen & towels (except beach/swimming towels – these should be supplied by the client).
A breakage deposit of £50 will be included in addition to overall costs

£5O per week for air conditioning /electricity will be added to the weekly costs.

All guests are expected to vacate the apartment from 10 am on the day of departure to facilitate cleaning and the maid service. Guests can leave their luggage in the apartment if departing on later flights with keys being left for apartment manager.

Coast/Beach:

The apartment is situated approximately 5 mins on foot from the beach and coastal walks and can accommodate all ages and interests in respect to scenery,horticulture, wild life and local historical sights. The stunning views will make you want to return to Carvoeiro on a regular basis.

Travel:

Faro is the nearest airport and is sited 45/60 minutes from Carvoeiro. Travel arrangements from the airport can be organised on your behalf in advance,if requested.

Public transport and taxi service is readily available from Carvoeiro

Distances:

Carvoeiro is a bus or Taxi ride to Lagoa or Lagos or Faro. Or if you prefer train and bus service to Lisbon is available.
